PL VFD spagh thanks

Plattsmouth Volunteer Fire Department
That’s a wrap for the 2025 edition of our World Famous Spaghetti Feed and holy cow did you guys show to support us!! In the first hour, we served nearly 400 people…IN THE FIRST HOUR!! Over all we served an all time record 623 people (and I’m sure we missed a few on our counter at the door). In total we were able to raise nearly $5900!! The bake sale was also a huge hit as it was pretty well cleaned out as well!!
The crowds included people we knew would be there, people we have seen in a while and a bunch of new faces which was great!!
We do apologize for the short time where we were running VERY low on sauce. In total transparency, we have never had that happen before with the quantity we make. We will make the adjustment for next year and it will not be an issue. If there was anything else that you felt was an issue last night please private message this page and let us know.
On a final note, we as a department were incredibly surprised and happy to see our lifetime member Bill Brittain show up for dinner. Bills family brought him down from his assisted living facility to eat get station time.
Again, thank you all for the continued support and we look forward to next year!!

Miss Maggie

miss maggie

Miss Maggie was disappointed that she didn't have many visitors at Petco last Saturday and sadly, still hasn't had any interest from a furever home.
A quick car ride perked this passenger princess' spirit back up. Shes still looking to be someone's co-pilot in life.

CCMT

COME ON OVER!

This is the way country music started out, with acoustic instruments, before electricity.  People sat out on the lawn, on the porch, or in a friend’s house and played their instruments together.

Enjoy the originality of music which is still present in many circles of friends.
