Korn Klub Meeting (Sep 24)
On behalf of the Korn Klub officers and members at large, thank you for your support of and participation in this year's Plattsmouth Harvest Festival. We also thank the Plattsmouth Journal and Cassgram for their outstanding coverage and support of the Festival.
KORN KLUB MEETING DATE CHANGE: The September meeting of the Korn Klub will be held on Thursday, September 24, 7:00 pm at the Senior Center. This is a date change (from Sep 17). It will be a wrap-up meeting of this year's Festival activities and events.
All are invited. The meeting is open to the public.

Bloom Where You're Planted Farm's 11th Annual Pumpkin Festival
Sept. 26-Oct. 31 -- Fridays 1-6 p.m., Weekends 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

New for 2015! Corn Hole, a fun Egg Race game, and a big John Deere combine you can climb into!
Other activities include hay rides, nature trails, farm animals, rubber duck races, bucking bronco barrel ride, corn pit, family-sized tire swing, hay climb and tunnel, dress-a-scarecrow, horse swings, agricultural exhibits, gourd tunnel, photo ops and more! Don't miss the barn full of seasonal gifts, tasty treats, antiques and TONS of pumpkins, or all of the yummy food from the Schoolhouse Cafe (serving smoked pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, ice cream, homemade pie and cookies, and coffee on the weekends).
Admission is $6.00 for ages 3 & up and includes all activities. Shop the barn or dine at the cafe without an admission charge.

All For One Project - Veteran's Day
November 7, 8:30am-12pm
Meet at the One Life Office, 417 Main St, Plattsmouth, NE
Community wide service project serving Veterans around Cass County! General maintenance, house clean up, painting, window replacement, etc.
Recycle bin is emptied every other Thursday. The next time will be October 1.
